We can now take you back to the wedding of Michaella and Joe, held on a beautiful spring day on 23rd May 2015. The lovely couple chose Bury Court Barn as their venue for both the ceremony and reception. Their party was made up of 90 guests during the day, who were joined by an additional 30 in the evening.
There were many notable moments throughout the day, with two highlights in particular being the ‘Mr and Mrs game’ which featured during the sister of the bride’s speech (in place of the more traditional father of the bride’s one) and the band playing an acoustic version of Klangkarussell ft. Will Heard’s Sonnentanz for the first dance.

Anti pasti – Prosciutto, char-grilled Mediterranean vegetables, mozzarella, olives, caper berries and sun-blushed tomatoes served on black slates with ciabatta bread

Breast of chicken stuffed with tarragon and pancetta with a chive velouté, new potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Vanilla bean crème brulée with summer berries

Burritos with ground beef, refried beans and enchilada sauce

“Jacaranda produced fab food and made sure that everything ran like clockwork,” Said Michaella, “Tori’s can do attitude meant that we could fell totally relaxed on the day knowing everything was under control.”
When asked, Michaella and Joe struggled to choose just one part as their favourite of the day, so they settled for “All of it!”
