My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for the job done by the Jacaranda team last Sunday. Dave was always available as the point of contact, ready and willing to take on as much of the laying out of our table decorations as possible, and ensuring that the food and drinks were available at the key points in the programme. The waiting staff did a wonderful job of distributing the meal courses quickly and unobtrusively.
But ultimately the catering was about the food, and we had a number of unsolicited remarks from our guests to the effect that the food was “superb” and “the best wedding food ever”, and the service was “excellent”. These reflect our own opinions, and we would be grateful if you would convey our appreciation to the appropriate people.
