It is not often in this life that one has the opportunity to give really genuine praise to a team of dedicated individuals that have delivered a level of service that was totally professional and to the highest standards. It is a real pleasure to be able to say this about your Catering Manager Jan Jenco and his team on the occasion of the wedding reception of our daughter Lindsey and her husband Adriano on the 10th September at Farbridge, West Dean, Sussex.
In his advice and guidance to us and his attention to even the smallest details, he has led his team to put in place calmly and very efficiently all the ingredients that we required to make the wedding day very special indeed. In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding and on the day itself Jan was always available to answer our questions and put our minds at rest.
