Dan and I both wanted to let you know that we were absolutely thrilled with the service that Nickie and her team provided for our event above. Despite us giving you hundreds of questions and filling in your event form to a very detailed level nothing was too much trouble for Nickie and it was apparent at her briefing the day before that she had read and taken on board everything we were thinking about.
The staff you had on the day were brilliant – polite and efficient but also discreet. The day went so smoothly and the best bit for us was that we were able to totally relax and enjoy it because we were so confident in being able to leave it all to Nickie – and as someone used to a high level of involvement and control in my own job that was quite something! We have had nothing but compliments on the fantastic food and service from our guests and we both enjoyed the food enormously. The presentation was excellent.
I sincerely hope we won’t be getting married again (!) but we would have no hesitation in recommending you to any friends or contacts. Thank you for doing such a great job.
