Thank you so much for all the work you did to make our day on Saturday so special. We thought everything worked really well and your staff were very unobtrusive and efficient. I felt we messed you around over the uninvited people who then disappeared again, and I’m sure I saw some people having the veggie option when they hadn’t declared themselves to have any dietary requirements! However, you dealt with it all brilliantly.
We’ve had loads of comments praising the food, especially the lamb – I can’t imagine how you can get so many slices all done absolutely perfectly, but you did, so thank you and well done to all – please pass our thanks on to your team, who all worked really hard.
