Rack of lamb and slowed cooked shoulder with summer vegetables, thyme and garlic potato galette and lamb jus
Sea bass with warm new potatoes, caramelised red onion and caper salad, roast peppers, marinated artichokes, olives and pesto dressing

A trio of raspberry panna cotta, raspberry sorbet & Elderflower jelly with fresh raspberries and lemon posset
