Hey Guys!
I’ve recently been to a wedding at Bury Court Barn and we were served an incredible dessert; a lemon meringue, but no ordinary one, some kind of heavenly pot of goodness from the minds of geniuses!
After eating mine, and anyone else’s that stupidly left theirs, I’ve been thinking about it ever since and just been sorely disappointed by getting poor, rip off versions from other “top end” restaurants.
Is there any way someone can tell me what it was, what was in it and either how I can get my girlfriend to try and recreate it, or can I come and buy some the next time it’s made?
