“Afternoon JJ,
Firstly, apologies for taking so long to write this email. We jetted off almost immediately post wedding and have been without even WiFi since – it was amazingly refreshing.
Sadly it’s back to work and reality now. But it does mean that we can finally say thanks!
From the first time we saw the menu, we knew it was Jacaranda we wanted to cater the wedding. After meeting and speaking to you, this just became even more obvious!
On a personal note, JJ you’re a pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the team down at Jacaranda. You took all of what could be a stressful occasion away completely – anyone who starts stressing as their day draws nearer, send them our way, we’ll explain that they’re in safe hands and there really is nothing to worry about. Again thank you.
The food, oh wow! We knew from the tasting evening and the pop up that it would be fantastic, and it certainly was. The guests were all blown away by it. “best wedding food yet” was I believe the overall consensus.
To anyone not sure. Go with Jacaranda! The food is heavenly, the team are so helpful, and the staff on the day run everything so smoothly. If you choose Jacaranda, apart from the task of choosing what to eat (everything sounds amazing), everything else is taken care of so you don’t have to stress!
We’re already wondering what event we can plan next just so you guys can cater!
Please keep us informed of any events such as the pop up restaurant again. You can guarantee if Jacaranda are doing it we’ll be there! (work permitting)
