Dear JJ,
I’m so sorry we haven’t had a chance to write to you earlier but thank you so so much for the 24th July. Jim and I have just about landed and come back down to earth! I just wanted to say what an incredible comfort you were on the day and what a fantastic job you did. Your staff were amazing and so professional and there seemed to be nothing they could not do. The food was exceptional and every guest has raved about how good that fish pie was and most importantly how nice it was to have hot food at a wedding!
It was such a relief to have you running the day and we never felt anything but utterly secure and confident in your abilities. You were always on hand and always ready to help, even when I thrust my bouquet in your face and told you to plunge it in water! It was perfect and everything we asked for and more so thank you, Jim and I were absolutely thrilled.

Dear Jay Jay and Team Jacaranda,
What can we say except the day was simply magical. Everyone adored the food – fish pie has gone down in history – the search for the bacon butties in the evening is still mentioned on facebook. Your staff were superbly professional, I am full of admiration at the sheer efficiency of your organisation. Even the sparklers worked well. Thank you so much for all your support throughout the day, it was lovely to feel that reassurance of Jacaranda being in chargem so nothing would go wrong – or if it did – we would not know about it.
