Can you believe it – I ate lamb and enjoyed it! I even had a little extra!
The bites prior to dinner were so popular Amanda and I nearly didn’t get a “look in” but your staff had saved some and popped them on the top table so that we could try them, very nice.
The asparagus was simple, tender and when combined with the cheese of the biscuit it made for a delightful starter.
Everyone loved the lamb which was cooked to perfection.
The raspberry shortcake desert was exactly what we wanted and a lovely finish to a summer meal.
We received so many comments on the day and by correspondence afterwards but the comment that stood out for me was “that was the best wedding food I have ever tasted, it was more akin to a high class restaurant”.
Furthermore many of our guests passed comments about how helpful the waiting and bar staff had been, nothing was too much trouble.
