Just to say a huge thank you for Saturday – you made the day seemlessly flow. The food was absolutely superb, your helpers were all first class and you orchestrated the whole event with humour, total efficiency and a lovely smile!

Just a belated ‘thank you’ for all you did to make Claire’s and Sam’s wedding day the happy occasion it most certainly was. The ‘Jacaranda’ machine moved seemlessly through the day – it was absolute perfection and, as you had said, Nigel was magnificent. He was always one step ahead, watching everything, making things happen and always with that confident, reassuring smile on his face. I didn’t worry for a single second once I’d met him at the Barn in the morning. So, with your preparation, and his execution, and the chef’s magnificent food, which was remarked on by everyone, the thoughtful waiting on by your team of waitresses and waiters, nothing could go wrong and it didn’t.
Thank you for everything – it was a wonderful day, which I will feast on for ever!
