We used Jacaranda and they were excellent. The quality of the food and the preparation were of such a high standard and I have never experienced such quality with that number of guests. How they managed to cook the lamb so well, for so many people at the same time, is a mystery. My friend who arranged the flowers, etc, works with many caterers at functions and she said she had never come across such excellent caterers (high praise indeed from her!). The waiting staff were efficient, friendly and polite.
