We were absolutely delighted with the service provided by Jacaranda. Compliments have been showered on us by all the guests with not a single criticism. It was a close call between the tomato tarte tatin and the citrus tart as to which was the absolute favourite but with no disrespect to the lamb which was perfect. The canapés were exquisite and enjoyed by all. Please pass our thanks to the chefs and to Jamie if he was involved on the day.
Your service was immaculate from being there on the Friday through to the clearing up at the end. We very much appreciated the presence of yourself and Nigel both on the Friday and the Saturday. Everything ran like clockwork and you were always on hand checking that we were happy with the way things were going. We appreciate that this is the result of perfect planning and the time and effort you put in paid off. Please pass our thanks on to the serving staff, they were polite, helpful and when asked, nothing was too much trouble for them.
We would unhesitatingly recommend Jacaranda to our friends and hope to attend many functions catered for by yourselves!
