An old-fashioned way to say thank-you – an email would have done – but we wanted to write personally to to thank you enormously for David and Becky Hales wedding on April 29th.
Your professionalism was outstanding. You were always there, quietly leading and supporting an excellent and very hard-working staff. We’ve had nothing but praise from guests who all talked about the quality of the food and the efficiency of service. You were also very helpful and supportive to David and Becky the day before the wedding which they hugely appreciated. I hope you continue to have enormous succes with your catering events. However good the food, (and it was amazing), service is so important and you and your team were able to deliver on all levels.

Thank you very much for working so hard to make our wedding so fantasic, for us, and for all the guest who came. Everyone commentated on how tasty the food was and how slick the service was all day.
Thanks especially to JJ for dealing with all our last minute issues and for directing the ushers so well. Also thanks for my late night pig sandwich, it was the best thing I tasted all day!!
