I can’t tell you how completely and utterly thrilled we were with Friday evening.
Nix, an enormous and heartfelt thank you to you for being quite so unflappable, extraordinarily organised, easy going and patient, and to your team who were terrific…smiley, helpful and thoroughly lovely.
As for the food….wow, completely surpassed all expectations I have to say, totally delicious from start to finish (even the veggies passed comment!) and I was delighted at just how many people told me how good it was and how nice your staff were.
The night passed far too quickly and all us Greens, particularly the birthday girl, had an absolute blast, due in no small measure to you. I was able to relax, kick off my heels, literally, and party like a teenager!
Minty, huge thanks also to you for bringing it all together so efficiently and calmly, and really making the whole thing quite an easy and fun project. Not that I am going to miss having it all hanging over me at all but, as these things go, it was almost a pleasure….sadly the worry can never be completely taken away, but you both ensured there really was never much there to begin with!
