Married life is great but it seems to have had a rather embarrassing knock on effect of making us slightly rude/forgetful in the thank you letter writing department. By this I mean that I’ve just realise that we didn’t send you one following our wedding.
What we should have done is write to tell you how fantastic our day was and how in the most part that was down to you and your team. From start to finish the service Emma and I had from you, your very talented chefs and the waiters/waitresses on the day was exceptional, we really can’t thank you enough.
From the outset Jacaranda were incredibly professional and really seemed to care, we weren’t just another date in their calendar which a number of other companies made us feel.
Aside from their professionalism the food was amazing. Coming from a very foodie family the food had to be spot on. At no point did we want ‘just another wedding menu’ and Jacaranda helped throughout to ensure every element of the menu was thought through and well considered. The food was fantastic!
On the day itself every member of the Jacaranda team was friendly, helpful and once again professional. My wife and I truly felt that no stone had been unturned and every eventuality had been considered. As far as I’m aware there were no hiccups on the day, either that’s a sign of the great job that Jacarandas team did in smoothing over any cracks or they’d simply foreseen every eventuality in the build-up to the day. Either way their care and attention to our wedding reception helped make the day truly one to remember.
The compliments for Jacaranda shouldn’t just come from us. Following our wedding we had so many thank you messages from our guests, the majority of which mentioned how good the food and service had been throughout the day. I’m clearly biased but I really don’t feel that our day could have been any better and I put a large part of that down to the help of Jacaranda and their team.
