Hi Gemma,
We just wanted to say a big thank you from all of us, for your and Jacaranda’s part in Emma and Steve’s wedding. We all had a fabulous day and so many of our guests have come back to us and said that it was “perfect”. We were really appreciative of all your help and advice leading up to it which meant that by the time Saturday came we knew you well enough to know that we could rely on you and the team to run things beautifully, which you did. This enabled us all to relax and was one of the reasons we were able to enjoy the day so much.
A big thank you to all the staff involved they were lovely and so helpful to all the guests, again we have had several comments from guests about how lovely they were.
Also thank you to the chef, the food was superb and we had lots of people saying to us that it was the best food that they had had at a wedding and a few who said it was the best food they have ever had, so thank you for that. Steve and Emma would never have chosen their menu if they had not attended the tasting evening as it wouldn’t have been their first choice on paper, but it was lovely and very memorable, the tomato and goats cheese tart, the belly of pork and the lemon possett were all slightly unusual dishes but they worked wonderfully.
So once again a big thank you to everyone.
