I attended my nephew’s wedding having total confidence that my sister Jane would have found the best firm available to cater the event. That said, living in France for the past 36 years, my experience of French traiteurs compared to English outside caterers has always been a clear win for the French.
You have changed that.
I almost leapt into print the following day when I flew back home; just in case it was the rosy glow of the Pimm’s, the champagne, etc, I decided to hold back for a week before launching into my first ever testimonial for a caterer, England or France.
From the moment the drinks & canapés started circulating, I knew my sister had chosen a very professional outfit, a team of cheerful smiling folk, all in the firm’s uniforms, who moved around the crowd from all sides so that no-one was left with the impression that they were last in line. Your team’s timing was perfect, not too fast to push enthusiastic drinkers over the edge, not too slow that we’d feel you were holding back
The food struck just the right note for a summer afternoon & evening celebration. Not too light, not too heavy, plenty of everything to satisfy all tastes.
