We are now back in the real world and what a shock!!
I wanted to pass some comments directly to you and your team to express our thanks for everything you did, we were so impressed by you and can’t thank you enough for all you did. Please feel free to use if you have anywhere you display recommendations.
From the first time we met Jacaranda we felt totally confident that we were working with professionals and experts in their field. They were able to offer us advice on all elements of the day, not just the food. They helped advise us on what timings we should follow on the day, drinks quantities for our bar, etc – all the small details that would have otherwise been a real task for us to figure out. We felt 100% confident that they were total experts in their field and that they would manage and run the whole day completely professionally and take away any stress or hassle. Not just a caterer, more of a complete wedding event management. They definitely delivered on the day, Nigel and his team were fantastic.
Of course the food itself is the most important element, and the food they provided was of a truly exceptional quality. Every one of our guests (without exception!) have said that the food Jacaranda served was without doubt, and by a considerable margin, the best wedding food they have ever had. The quality of the food would have been exceptional in a London restaurant – but 100 perfectly cooked beef fillets all cooked in a field – quite a feat!
I would recommend them whole heartedly and without hesitation.
