“Dear JJ,

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for everything you did to make our wedding run smoothly. As the Event Manager you were simply outstanding, I couldn’t have asked or wished for anyone better.

We have had so many compliments about the delicious food! Many have also mentioned the outstanding service (from waiting staff), we feel so pleased we booked Jacaranda and would recommend them to anyone.

I (like most brides) think my wedding was perfect & I definitely have Jacaranda to thank for a lot of it.

Apologies on behalf of Chris for throwing you around (lifting you) and sorry for not getting in touch sooner.

Sirloin of beef

Fillet of bass with fennel puree, sauce vierge and fennel cress

~ Main ~
Whole beef sirloin cooked on the barbecue with watercress and horseradish aioli, beef jus. Served with potato galette and seasonal vegetables

~ Dessert ~
Individual white & dark chocolate torte with summer berries, raspberry coulis & shards of chocolate
served alternately with
Vanilla bean créme brulée with summer berries and shortbread
