Thank you so, so much for all you did on and leading up to our big day.
Our friends had used Jacaranda for their wedding so we knew the food would be amazing (and it really, really was!). Many of our very ‘foodie’ guests commented on the stunning taste, quality and presentation of your work, but what I hadn’t expected was the extra support you both gave on the lead-up and the day itself. Minty’s suggestions for those last-minute concerns about practicalities for the venue (we had planned a whole choir flashmob!) and even for my ongoing hunt for the ‘right’ bridesmaid dresses were SO appreciated. She seemed to be able to come up with brilliant ideas for all of my concerns!
Then Johnny’s calm on the actual day really helped things run smoothly. He effectively helped cue every step of the day and was so beautifully supportive and calm, organising his team effortlessly and checking in with us so that every ran so smoothly – Even as I stood at the start of the ceremony, waiting for the choir’s cue to walk down the aisle!
Jacaranda offers so much more than ‘catering’ – your team ended up being our unofficial ‘wedding planners’ (!) for which I truly can’t thank you enough. The added extras made our wedding so memorable. Thank you!
