As I have said before, you and your team were brilliant. We have received nothing but very positive comments from our guests – “The food was delicious and imaginative, it all came hot and at the right time, the staff were terribly nice.” – and also I would like to add from my own perspective, that I was very pleased with the way you read our needs and pulled all the stops out. On the night itself, Nigel was brilliant, very much on top of the job – unobtrusive and yet there.

Everything my father says is true. It was wonderful. Having known Ian for quite a few years I knew Jacaranda were good by reputation but had never sampled any food. I trusted my instincts though and chose an exciting menu. The food looked great, the presentation was beautiful, it smelled delicious, it tasted amazing, it was hot, the timing was impeccable and Nigel was always on hand to top up my champagne. The waiters and waitresses were extremely professional. We had a brilliant day. I have some amazing memories and all my friends and relations said how wonderful the food was. I’ve actually never been to a wedding where the food was so delicious. Thank you Ian and Nigel and all the team at Jacaranda. You made the day even more wonderful for George and I.
