I can’t thank you and all of your team enough for everything you did on Sunday. I must say that after our meeting the previous Friday I was full of confidence that everything was under control and would run smoothly, but to say it ran without a hitch was an understatement and although it all looked very natural I know it does not just happen and requires a lot of work from a good team. As you know our expectations were pretty high but in truth you exceeded these. After something like this you fully expect to look back at the few little things you would have changed but there is nothing that I would have changed after the event.
The food was fantastic and we have already received so many compliments on it. Doing this for a table is relatively straightforward but doing it for 130 guests is not easy.
I know you do this every week and it is probably fairly run of the mill to you but it went so well and I can’t thank you enough. Please thank all of your team from us.
