Dear Gemma,
We just wanted to write to thank you for doing such a fabulous job on the 17th September. The day ran smoothly which was entirely down to your organisational skills. We couldn’t have asked for a better reception and we could see you and your team working hard all day making sure our guests’ every need was catered for. Thank you also for staying late and allowing a few of our guests to stay indoors when the coach didn’t turn up – my parents are still battling to get a refund if you can believe it.
Please also thank Jamie, the food was amazing and everyone complimented us on the meal. One of our priorities was to make sure that no one went hungry or thirsty and as far as we are aware everyone had as much as they wanted (and more!)
Thank you for making it such a fabulous day that we will remember fondly forever.
