Dear Nigel,
Just a little note to thank you and all your staff at Jacaranda who made Naomi and Gary’s wedding the perfect occasion for them and all their guests. From the moment everyone arrived and were greeted with champagne (plus strawberries!) to the very end when your staff were finishing off, it was clear that this was a highly professional organisation.
Thanks to your meticulous planning with Naomi, all went smoothly on the day and Simon did a super job of making sure that there no hitches. The food was amazing.
Our friends have made so many comments about how wonderful the food was and also could I get hold of the spiced cocnut soup recipe! Your staff were all wonderful and the young men and women waiting, or serving at the bar, ever polite and smiling even at 12.30am!
My sincere thanks to you, Simon, your chefs and all the staff.
