Salmon fishcake with watercress, beetroot & apple salad, watercress aioli and dill & tarragon oil

Whole West Country beef sirloin cooked on the barbecue with watercress and horseradish aioli, beef jus served with thyme and garlic galette and seasonal vegetables

~ Dessert ~
‘A trio’ of raspberry brulée, raspberry sorbet and mini raspberry cheesecake
