We just wanted to say thank you so much to you and all your team for such amazing catering / organisation / smooth running of our wedding. All your organisation in the run up was fab – from advice regarding food / booze / DJ’s / bands etc. We never felt pressured and you were always willing to give advice / adapt to our whims!
The food was amazing – we have had so many comments from people who loved it all – from the canapes to the main course to the rhubarb crumble. Apparently we had several rhubarb haters in the teepees who have now changed their minds! The staff were great – one poor waitress did an epic battle through the throngs with a tray of canapes just for the Bride & Groom – apparently she had had to fight off people on the way – now that’s above the call of duty but much appreciated! And Nigel – thank you for being so calm and just a brilliant presence on the day – I know your presence kept Mum calm and able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that it was in good hands.
We loved it all and we could keep gushing about you and Jacaranda for ever!
We just wish we could do it all again as the day goes far too fast…
