Nickie you were always on hand to answer any questions and queries we had regarding the menu and so much more! And I know I felt I was on the phone asking questions a lot! Thank you very much for all your help with the planning and all your guidance with drink quantities.
Rachel – thank you so, so much for everything you did on the day and the run up. You made me feel so confident and calm. So many guests commented on the quality of the food and the TOP class service of all your staff. We LOVED everything about our day and you both made it flow without any hitches!
