Thank you Jacaranda for the world class service and food you provided for our wedding day! The entire day from start to finish ran so smoothly – we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Jacaranda made the entire planning process so easy for us… Planning a wedding in Surrey from Australia was no easy feat… It meant that we weren’t able to meet with any of the staff in person until the day before the wedding, but they always put our minds at ease and made themselves available to us to answer any question big or small, always demonstrating their wealth of knowledge in all areas of the event/catering space.
We also really appreciated how closely Jacaranda worked with Ramster Hall. Johnny introduced himself to us early on and gave us the utmost confidence that everything would be handled seamlessly (which it was!). On the day of the wedding everything was taken care of and the crew checked in several times throughout the evening to make sure were happy with the service.
In addition to the flawless service, the food itself was phenomenal! We received raving reviews from our guests for each of the three main courses as well as the dessert (it was a good couple weeks before people stopped talking about how tender the beef was….) .
A huge thank you to Johnny and the entire Jacaranda crew for helping to make our wedding day so special… We are so grateful and we couldn’t have done it without out you!
