“This is not an enquiry, but a note to say thank you and congratulations to everyone who was involved in catering for the wedding of Tim and Kim Williams, last Saturday 5th July, in Pirbright, Surrey. As the mother-of-the-bride, I did not have much to do with the planning of this event, but I know my daughter, Kim, was closely involved with Minty in every detail of this magnificent occasion. I know Kim was extremely happy with the service that she provided.
I would like to say that I thought the food was wonderful (Tomato Tarte Tatin, Roast lamb, Nicoise salad and Jersey potatoes, and berries and coulis with the wedding cake) and all served efficiently and quickly by your wonderful waiters and waitresses. Minty deserves a huge pat on the back. She was efficient, friendly and helpful in the run-up to the day, and every detail that we bothered her with was listened to carefully and carried out professionally. On the day, her calm presence and efficient execution of this huge task of feeding 130 guests perfectly-cooked roast lamb, despite the speeches over-running by about an hour, was really appreciated! What an achievement! Thank you, Minty and your whole team!
