Sarah and I just wanted to write to thank you all for the truly spectacular job you all did on our wedding day.
The food was outstanding of course as we’d come to expect and our guests were blown away by the quality and presentation of the dishes from the canapes right through to the evening food.
What particularly impressed us however were the exemplary staff and event management. Johnny you were a joy to work with and did such a great job, always on top of everything, cool, calm and collected – you took all the stress out of the day for us and let us get on with enjoying ourselves – we really couldn’t have done it without you.
