One of the reasons why we like being part of The Wedding Industry Awards is because all of the voter comments are sent anonymously to each entrant at the point at which they get knocked out of the competition. This feedback is invaluable to us as it is completely unbiased and based on the real experiences of our clients.
We have all been utterly blown away by the comments from this year’s couples and whilst the plaudits for all our team members have been greatly appreciated, we wanted to share just a selection of comments that have put big smiles on our faces.
“Jacaranda provided a first class service from initial contact right through to the wedding itself. The staff are a real credit to Jacaranda, they were all extremely professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The end result was amazing food which our guests will be raving about for years!”

“From the outset Jacaranda were incredibly professional and really seemed to care, we weren’t just another date in their calendar which a number of other companies made us feel. Aside from their professionalism the food was amazing. Coming from a very foodie family including a number of professional chefs the food has to be spot on. At no point did we want ‘just another wedding menu’ and Jacaranda helped throughout to ensure every element of the menu was thought through and well considered. The food was fantastic! On the day itself every waiter/waitress was friendly, helpful and once again professional. My wife and I truly felt that no stone had been unturned and every eventuality had been considered. As far as I’m aware there were no hiccups on the day. The compliments for Jacaranda shouldn’t just come from us. Following our day we had so many thank you messages from our guests, the large majority of which mentioned how good the food and service had been throughout the day. I’m clearly biased but I really do feel as though we had one of the best weddings this year if not beyond and I put a large part of that down to the help of Jacaranda and their team.”
