We’ve now returned from a wonderful honeymoon and wanted to write to thank you all for such a great job – thank you all for making our wedding day so very special and memorable – what a team!
Minty – your calm exterior and unflappability astounded us! You did such a fantastic job of coordinating all the multiple elements of the day seamlessly, keeping your cool constantly – a true professional – thank you for interpreting our vision so well and for organising everything with great panache and patience – we enjoyed the process and the day so much.
Jamie – special thanks to you for your skill in creating such diverse and deliciously mouthwatering dishes – many guests sent their compliments to the chef. Please also thank all the fab waiting and kitchen staff for their wonderful, intuitive service.
Rewfus – thank you for creating literally hundreds of wonderful, distinctive cocktails – our (extraordinarily thirsty) guests were full of compliments for the professionalism and creativity that you and your colleague showed.
Jon and Dom – the marquee you erected was certainly ‘a cut above the rest’ (I quote a guest) and provided the perfect backdrop, lending a particular sense of drama and elegance to the day. Your attention to detail, professionalism and high levels of customer service made our wedding day, and the lead up to it, very smooth and calm. Please send thanks to your hard working team for all their efforts, before and after the day.
Doug and Liz – thank you for providing the beautiful finishing touches, such as the chandalier, lanterns and dancefloor – there were many favourable comments.
A huge thank you to all for collectively creating a wedding that many guests proclaimed ‘the best ever’! We, and our guests, had so much fun and hope that you did too.
