It’s time to take a look back at another glorious Jacaranda wedding and this time we’re turning our minds back to the Spring. Chloe and Greg got married on 29th March 2014 with a traditional ceremony at St Edmund King and Martyr Catholic Church in Godalming. Once they had got the I Do’s out of the way, the newlyweds joined their 85 guests at the ineffably romantic Ramster Hall – a reception venue that they fell in love with thanks to its ‘olde world’ charm, as Chloe told us!
For their wedding breakfast, Greg and Chloe opted for a menu consisting of:
~ Starter ~
Mezze platter – lamb kofta with mint yoghurt, chargrilled halloumi, spiced aubergine salad and tabbouleh served on a slate
~ Main Course ~
‘Duo of Duck’ – honey glazed breast and confit leg with sweet potato puree with a warm fine bean and puy lentil salad and light soy jus
~ Dessert ~
Individual white and dark chocolate torte with summer berries, raspberry coulis and shards of chocolate
